We help parents get the school to approve and follow individual education plans (IEPs & 504s) for their children who are struggling in school. Even if the school is saying “no” to you, we’ll get them to say “yes” to us.
- Write a new IEP or 504 Plan from scratch, taking into consideration not only your child’s official report cards and medical documents, but also their personality and your own input into what your child needs.
- Review and provide improvement recommendations of an existing IEP or 504 plan, as well as any additional documents you need to create and enforce an individual education plan for your child.
- Participate in meetings with your school and advocate for your child.
- Prepare and file state complaints when the school district doesn’t follow the IEP.
- Attend manifestation meetings if your child is at risk for being expelled or forced to change schools.
- Represent your concerns for your students. Assist in navigating the public school system as it pertains to IDEA as well as the services and accommodations our students need.
- Draft compelling letters to Administrators that receive responses.
